• Do you offer refunds?

Because our work is commissioned based we are unable to give refunds. Each piece is a one of a kind work of art made for each specific customer.

• What is the Prop Shop?

We are a local store based in Port Huron Michigan that offers movie quality masks, costumes, and prop replicas created from scratch on site, vintage toys, comics, video games, and other pop culture collectables. We also buy and trade collections big and small!

• Can you mark my online order as a gift?

We will not honor any requests to mark out of country orders as gifts. Doing so would mean risking losing our privilege to ship our products worldwide.

• Do you still rent costumes?

No, The Prop Shop no longer rents costumes as of October 2020.

• What special effects makeup do you carry?

The Prop Shop no longer sells SPFX or any other kind of makeup. 

• What are your store hours?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sat 11am-5pm. Other days by appointment only.

• What collectibles do you have?

We specialize in vintage toys, video games, comics, and other pop culture collectibles. Most people that walk in our store describe it as walking back into their childhood.  We buy and trade and our inventory is always changing so stop in to see what we have!
